New partnership strengthens Haringey communities We’re delighted to announce that East London Business Alliance (ELBA) have partnered with Haringey Giving to help strengthen communities in Haringey. This exciting new initiative builds on our continuing relationship with ELBA. It will bring a broad offer of support through skills based volunteering from businesses in London. Local organisations who apply to Haringey Giving will access extra support to enable them to build their capacity and increase their resilience. We're also grateful to our funding partners Linklaters for their support for this excellent new initiative.' What support will organisations be able to access? A range of support will be available to Haringey groups through ELBA’s Evolve programme of capacity building workshops, which focus on three key areas: Resilience, including leadership and connection Data innovation, including AI and technology Financial sustainability, including future-proofing finances. Who will benefit from the initiative? Support will be available to all organisations in Haringey. A direct referral pathway will be available to organisations who apply to Haringey Giving for funds and meet our eligibility criteria. Applicants will be able to benefit whether or not they have been successful in securing funds. Employee volunteers from ELBA partner companies offer a range of useful business skills in finance, IT, and management. Plus is it all free for community organisations.' Who are ELBA? A registered charity, ELBA has over 35 years of experience in engaging a range of corporate employee volunteers to share their time and skills with voluntary organisations, CICs and community groups. It builds a strong connection between businesses and the community in east London, creating positive impact, strong communities and increasing social mobility.
